Shipping and Packaging 

 If you purchase a non-digital product from us please know that we will do our best to get it to you in a timely manor.

Some of our products are currently printed through a third-party company for the best quality printing possible. Shipping times can vary between 1-7 days for the continental US. My printing and shipping method is subject to change in the future. I'm happy to help if you are dissatisfied with the shipping or packaging of your purchase.

If you are purchasing a digital download your file will be sent to you via email at the time of purchase.

Rush Orders 

If you require an order to be rushed please reach out and let us know. We will do our best to help you get what you need. There may be additional costs to rushing a delivery.

Postal Service

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive please contact langloisfineart@gmail.com with all queries and we'll do our best to help. If the shipment arrives damaged or is lost or if you have and other issues with your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll see what we can do to make things right. 

Returned Packages 

Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your order, or for any other reason. We are happy to accept returns within a 15 day window from when you receive your package. 

Customs and Import Taxes 

All customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes or fees that might apply to the country that they are shipping to.
